Streamline your webinar registration process by uploading a CSV file containing attendee names and emails. Effortlessly import your webinar registrations to save time and simplify the process. To do so, navigate to the Registrations tab of the scheduled webinar and click Import CSV in the top-right corner.

Chat between organizers and co-organizers

Webinar organizers and co-organizers can now instantly chat during the webinar. This includes sharing files during webinars, replying to and editing messages, sending emojis, and adding reactions.

Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT): Enhancing feedback analysis

Marketing Plus now comes with survey options so you can elicit feedback from customers to ensure your CSAT scores remain high.

Zoho's own SMS gateway is now available in India

Enhancement

Businesses in India can run SMS campaigns using Marketing Plus's SMS gateway. In order to run an SMS campaign, businesses must complete a few DLT registration processes mandated by TRAI, which include registering for an entity ID, creating a sender ID, registering for a content template ID, and purchasing SMS credits.

Survey translations

Enhancement

Zulu, Sepedi, and Shona languages are now available for survey translations.

ChatGPT integration with Marketing Plus and Analytics

New Feature

ChatGPT now integrates with Marketing Plus and Zoho Analytics, and is accessible across all data centers. Use the ChatGPT to find and access public datasets directly within Zoho Analytics without switching tabs, get assistance with formulas and SQL queries, and get column name suggestions within Zoho Analytics.

Enhancement
