Frequently asked questions
1. How does Zoho Mail360 work?
Zoho Mail360 is an email API platform that provides developers full email capability for their applications without having to build it themselves. Developers can connect any mailbox of their choice with Mail360 or host mailboxes with Mail360 and access the email capabilities through Email APIs.
2. What payments are accepted?
We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal. We also accept payment via NEFT bank transfers. For more details, please contact sales@zohocorp.com
3. Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
Zoho Mail360 works on a monthly/yearly subscription system. This means there are no long-term contracts that keep you locked in. You can choose to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your account at any time by logging in to your Zoho Mail360 account.
4. How do I connect mailboxes to Zoho Mail360?
Mailboxes hosted with any provider of your choice can be connected to Mail360 using IMAP. The email data and functionality can then be accessed using Email APIs. Alternatively, developers can also host the mailboxes with Mail360 by adding a domain of their choice.
5. What is a universal email API?
Zoho Mail360's universal API set allows developers to access multiple mailboxes from your application. Without Mail360, developers will have to use and maintain the email APIs provided by each of the mailbox providers. Mail360's universal API set will replace multiple API sets for easy maintenance.
6. How does user licensing work?
Zoho Mail360’s Free plan supports up to 10 mailboxes in an organization. However, when a 11th mailbox is added, you need to purchase 11 paid mailboxes. Then, unlike in our free plan, all 11 mailboxes will have full capabilities without any API call limits.
