Zoho and SBI Bank: End User Terms
Zoho has integrated Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory and Zoho Expense (collectively "Zoho Finance Suite Applications") with SBI's internet banking platform i.e., 'Yono', so that you can (i) fetch transaction feeds from your bank account and import them into Zoho Books; and (ii) provide payment instructions to SBI from within Zoho Finance Suite Applications, by linking your SBI bank account with Zoho Finance Suite Applications ("Facility").
The following terms and conditions shall govern your use of this Facility.
- You shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the access credentials of your Zoho account and for all activities that occur as part of your use of the Facility.
- You shall be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the payment instructions provided through the Facility. Zoho shall not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of incorrect payment instructions or unauthorized transactions taking place in connection with your use of the Facility.
- You shall use the Facility only for lawful purposes and shall not engage in any activity that is illegal or in violation of applicable laws and regulations.
- Payment instructions will be authorized based on the authorization matrix that you have set up in Yono platform.
- Payment instructions provided by you will be deemed complete only upon receiving valid confirmation from SBI.
- SBI may levy transactional charges for processing the payment instructions provided through the Facility.
- The transaction limits for initiating payments will be in accordance with your agreement with SBI.
- Zoho will process information such as contact information, bank account details, bank feeds, payment status, and unique transaction reference number (referred to as "Financial Information") obtained in connection with your use of the Facility for the purpose of providing the Facility. Additionally:
- Zoho may monitor transactions made by you through the Facility to prevent illegal and fraudulent activities and may disclose details of suspicious transactions and other relevant information to SBI and/or applicable regulatory authorities to conduct further investigation.
- Zoho may disclose your information such as your Zoho account details, activity logs, transaction details, IP related information and other information as may be requested by SBI to resolve chargeback or any other complaints received by it.
- Zoho shall not be liable for any losses that you may incur as a result of or in connection with (i) any failure, error, delay, or inaccuracy in processing the payment instructions; (ii) any interruption or unavailability of the Facility.
- Zoho reserves the right to suspend, disable, or discontinue the provision of this Facility without any prior notice. You understand that Zoho will retain your Financial Information in your Zoho account as long as you continue using Zoho Finance Suite Applications.
