I am using the Professional plan of Zoho Inventory and I have purchased the Zoho Books Elite plan. How do I map the existing Zoho Inventory organization to the Zoho Books Elite combo?

It is possible to map the Zoho Inventory organisation to the Zoho Books Elite combo if the Zoho Inventory organisation ID is same as that of your Zoho Books organisation. With the Elite and Ultimate plans of Zoho Books, you get access to Advanced Inventory. Here’s how you map the organisation:

• Downgrade the Zoho Inventory subscription to the Free plan.
• Once this is done, write to us at support@zohoinventory.com with the Zoho Inventory organisation ID that needs to be mapped to the Zoho Books Elite combo. We will make the necessary changes from our end.
