Sales channel

Sales channels are the platforms through which businesses market and sell their products. There are two types of sales channels: online and offline. Common online sales channels include ecommerce platforms like Shopify, social media, and third-party marketplaces like Amazon, while offline sales channels include brick-and-mortar stores, catalogues, and cold calling.
