Pick-and-pass

Pick-and-pass is a picking technique in which warehouses have been sectioned into different zones, and pickers have been assigned to each zone. In this method, pickers pick all of the items from a customer order that are located in their zone, before passing the order on to the next zone so that the pickers there can do the same. This is repeated until all the items from the order have been picked.
