My Zoho People organisation doesn’t show up in the Organisation Sync page. What should I do?

You should be a Super Admin in your Zoho People organisation for it to show in the Organisation Sync page. Contact your Super Admin and ask them to enable organisation sync. You must also keep the following things in mind before proceeding with organisation sync.

• Once you’ve connected a Zoho People organisation with Zoho Payroll, you will not be able to connect any other account or change the connected account.
• If you’ve previously integrated your Zoho People organisation with Zoho Books or Zoho Expense, the same organisation must be connected with Zoho Payroll too.
