I have migrated from Zoho Payroll to Zoho People Plus. I have purchased an adequate number of user and employee licences in People Plus, yet I am not able to enable self-service portals for the employees. Why?
After you move to Zoho People Plus, you will be able to add all employees and users only through People Plus and not Zoho Payroll. The licenses you purchase should account for all the active users present in all the applications in the bundle.
If you are unable to provide access to the ESS portals or add more employees in Zoho Payroll, check the number of active employees and users who have access to the application or portal (with unique email addresses) and the user licenses purchased in the Zoho People Plus bundle. You may purchase additional licenses, if required.
