Some of my employees are unable to access the portal. Why?
There could be several reasons why your employees are not to access the self-service employee portal. Please consider the following possibilities:

Is the email address used by the employees to create their Zoho accounts the same as their official email addresses registered with our organization? Check if there is a mismatch.

Is the self-service employee portal enabled for the employees? It’s possible that access to the portal has not been granted or has been disabled at the organization level. Learn More.

Did the employees receive an invitation to join the portal using their official email addresses? If they did receive an invitation, they have to accept it to access the portal.
