Zoho Books has a dedicated portal for your vendors that lets them view and access their transactions. Thus, to access and view the purchase transactions for your vendors (which is also your customer), you need to enable the Vendor portal.
Note: It’s important to ensure that the email associated with the vendor is unique and isn’t already registered with a customer portal.
