I am having difficulty with importing as it shows that the total value does not match with the system-calculated value. What should I do?

This error typically occurs if the total value in your file does not align with the value calculated by the system. To resolve this, consider un-mapping the Total column on the mapping page. Here’s how you can unmap it,

• In the Preview page of import, click Previous.
• You will be taken to the Map field page. Here, scroll down until you find Total and click the X icon.
• Then, click Next to proceed with the import.
