Why haven’t I received an OTP to make my payment?

Note: You can perform this action only if you have an existing integration with ICICI Bank and Zoho Books. New integrations are temporarily disabled in Zoho Books upon ICICI Bank’s request.

Sometimes, due to network issues you might not receive your OTP. We’d suggest you to try again after sometime. If the issue still persists, you can write to us at icici-support@zohofinance.com.and we’ll have this checked.
