How do I set up the Zoho Books – ICICI Bank integration?

Note: This integration is currently available only upon request. If you’d like to use it, contact icici-support@zohofinance.com. However, organisations that have already set up the integration can continue using it.

Before you set up the integration, you must have an active paid subscription in Zoho Books and a current account with ICICI Bank. To set up the integration:

  • Sign in to Zoho Books
  • Go to Settings > Integrations > Vendor Payments > ICICI Bank.
  • Click Set Up and enter your Corp ID and User ID.
  • Log in to ICICI Bank CIB (Corporate Internet Banking) Portal.
  • Click Pending on Me from the top bar of the Dashboard.
  • Go to the Connected Banking Approvals tab.
  • Read the Terms and Conditions and click Approve.
  • Complete the integration by clicking Confirm.

Your ICICI Bank account will now be integrated with Zoho Books. Learn More
