Some invoices in my organisation are getting pushed to the IRP automatically. What could be the reason behind it?

This issue might occur if you have enabled the Push Invoices preference for your recurring invoices. All child invoices generated from your recurring invoices will be automatically pushed to the IRP. To view this preference:

  • Go to Settings at the top right corner of the page.
  • Select Recurring Invoices under Sales.
  • Check if you have enabled the Create, Auto-approve, Push, and Send Invoices or the Create, Auto-approve, Charge, Push, and Send Invoices options.

If you don’t want to push your invoices to the IRP automatically, you can edit this preference in the same page.
