My customers’ payments are being refunded when they pay through WePay. Why?

This would happen if you haven’t associated your bank account with WePay. If you’ve started accepting payments without associating your bank account, the amounts will be stored in WePay reserves for about 30-days from the day of receiving the first payment. The payments held in WePay reserves will be refunded to the respective customers after this period.
