Matt Roberts
Matt works closely with our largest UK accounts. By understanding their business processes in detail he helps them unleash the full potential of their Zoho platform and deliver increased ROI.
He loves a game of tennis, helps coach his son's football team and enjoys a hike in the Lake District or Wales with his family.
Sarah Jones
Sarah joined Zoho in August 2022 as a UK Key Account Manager. With an account management background in cyber security & web development, she has always had a deep appreciation for efficient business systems. Sarah enjoys working with clients to ensure Zoho’s solutions help bring their commercial goals to fruition.
In her spare time, she likes to crochet, sew, swim and spend time with her loved ones.
Edward Davis
With over 12 years of experience in Field Sales, Category Management, Account Management, Subscription and E-commerce Edward joined Zoho in May 2022. He's a natural problem solver and loves working with his Enterprise customers to support their adoption of the Zoho Ecosystem and finding solutions to streamline their business processes.
Outside work, Edward is a busy husband and dad to two young boys and his claim to fame is he was once on the TV show "Couples Come Dine with Me".
Karl Griffiths
Karl joined Zoho with nearly 10 years of Account Management experience and 6 years in the IT/SaaS industry. He now works with our larger accounts in the UK, helping them maximise their ROI using Zoho software. His passion for growing businesses through digitalisation helps him build long-term relationships with customers.
Outside work Karl loves to personally develop where possible, including reading, creating content and playing a few tunes on guitar and harmonica.
Zain Nawaz
With over 8 years of experience in sales and account management, Zain joined Zoho in February 2022 as a Key Account Manager. Working with his named accounts, Zain enjoys building deeper relationships and providing them with solutions from the many Zoho apps.
Outside work, Zain enjoys going to the gym and spending time with his family and friends.

Our account managers are spread out across the country, so their application is based loosely on geographical location. However, we also assign them based on the relevance of their individual expertise to your business and required solutions.
