The Subscriptions extension provides an easy way to integrate your Zoho Subscriptions with your Vertical CRM. Using the extension, a customer's subscription and payments can be managed effectively, as it offers a way to contextually view these details within a customer record. By reviewing purchases, and knowing which customers are prompt with their payments, you can make decisions regarding apt product offers.

Enable Subscriptions Extension

To enable Zoho Subscriptions extension for your Vertical CRM application:

  1. Log in to the Zoho Developer Console and click Vertical Solutions.
  2. Select the application to modify and click Edit.
  3. Click Zoho Apps in the left pane.
  4. Click the Activate button for Zoho Subscriptions.

Note

In order for the end user to access the subscriptions extension in their Vertical CRM solution, the extension needs to be included in the pricing of the Vertical CRM and subsequently the Vertical CRM has to be published.

Deactivate Subscriptions Extension

You can deactivate this Subscriptions extension at any time. After the extension is deactivated, this change will be reflected in your Vertical CRM application once you republish your application. New users who sign up for your application after republication will not be able to access this extension. However, this extension will still be available for the existing users who have signed up for your application before deactivation is done.

  1. Log in to the Zoho Developer Console and click Vertical Solutions.
  2. Select the application to modify and click Edit.
  3. Click Zoho Apps in the left pane.
  4. Click the Deactivate button for Zoho Subscriptions.

The end user cannot deactivate or remove these extensions from their Vertical CRM. They will have to contact the partners for doing so.

Use Surveys in Vertical CRM

The Subscriptions icon will be available in the live Vertical CRM solution that the Zoho Subscriptions extension is activated in. Details of how the end user can use the Subscriptions extension can be found here.

Users

All the end-users of the Vertical CRM application that the Subscriptions extension has been activated in can access the Subscriptions extension.
