If you are already using scoring rules to score leads and prioritize them, chances are more that you give top priority to the leads with good scores.
Leads with less scores get the least attention. But what if some of these leads that you thought were less valuable are slowly picking up? What if these leads pick interest in your business over a period of time and you missed it?
Not anymore, you won't! It is now possible to create a workflow rule and execute it based on a record's score. Rules can be triggered when the score of a record is either increased, decreased or updated. Let's say you prioritize leads with a score of 20 or more. Create a workflow rule based on scores. Choose to execute this rule when the score of a lead is increased.
If the score is 20 or more, a task can be created to follow-up on the lead immediately.
This way, you can ensure that you do not miss out on any opportunity from your leads whose scores increase over time.
