Customize your business card view for various modules.
Each time you click open a record, say during a customer call or a meeting, you don't want to search the entire page for important information. That would make you look unprepared and create unnecessary pressure.
The Business Card view in a record's details page helps you take a quick glance at the important details of the record. You can customize this business card view to include up to five fields that matter to you the most.
And the best part is that you can customize and view the business card details for different modules separately. Which means, the business card details for Contacts could be different based on what you want to see for a contact and the business card details for Deals could be entirely different based on what you want to see for a deal.
Also, if you want to quickly edit just a couple of fields in a record, you do not have to necessarily click the Edit button and save the entire record again. You can edit and save the fields individually. Simply hover the mouse pointer over the particular field detail and click edit. Enter the value and save the field. Voila!
