What is the Razorpay Merchant ID and how do I generate it?

Merchant ID is a unique identifier which will be assigned to a business while opening a merchant account. This merchant ID allows your business to be identified by the banks and credit card institutions, in order to accept credit card payments on behalf of your business.

To get your Merchant ID:

• Login to your Razorpay account and verify that you’re in Live Mode.
• Next, your Merchant ID will be displayed at the top.
