Zoho Bookings has saved Spaghetti Agency "loads of time" from what Todd calls "email tennis."

Admin team members no longer need to go back and forth with clients through a ton of call options. When comparing the new system to their previous setup, Todd notes that "it's working much better," adding that he can go "from call to call" and always be in the right place with the right information.

The switch to Zoho Bookings

Spaghetti Agency uses Zoho Bookings with Zoom to talk to clients online and sync appointments to their O365 calendar. For people who call in asking for their services, they share the appropriate booking page so that clients can self-schedule with them.

Plus, they send out email responses and reminders customized around their brand. "A really key thing for me—moving from the original booking software that we used—is that the customers get reminders about their booking," Todd says. "Having those reminders is very powerful. Hardly anyone forgets an appointment with us."
