Enabling Client Approval
- Click the Gear icon at the top right corner and select Preferences.
- Go to Projects and check Enable Client Approvals for time entries and hit the Save button.
- On the project creation page, enable Enable Client Approval for the time entries of this project to send the time entries of that project for approval.
Insight: Client Approval can be used only for customers to whom you have enabled Customer Portal. If you have already enabled, please ensure that the Timesheets module have been enabled in the Customer Portal. If not, go to Settings > Portal Settings tab and check “Allow customers to view projects and timesheet”.
