When will the VAT summary table be displayed in the Invoice PDFs? What should I do to enable it?

VAT Summary table is an option that is available in the UK edition of Zoho Books. It will be shown when a customer’s currency is not GBP and if VAT was applied on the invoice.

To enable the VAT Summary table in Invoice PDFs:

• Click on the Gear icon on the top right corner and select More Settings from the drop-down.
• Navigate to Templates -> Invoices, hover the cursor over one of the templates and select Edit.
• In the Customize Template page that follows, scroll down and select the Total drop-down.
• Click on the checkbox next to Show UK VAT summary table.
• Finally, click on Save.

Henceforth, whenever VAT is applied on an invoice for a customer with a foreign currency, the VAT Summary table will also be displayed.
