Admins can now edit, clone, and delete all custom reports created in an organization, including reports owned by other users.

Create Custom Fields for Contact Persons Featured

You can now create and manage custom fields for contact persons to capture information specific to your business needs. Go to Customers > More icon > Preferences > Field Customization > + New Custom Field to create custom fields for your customers.

Apply Customer Credits Across Locations Featured

Zoho Billing has enhanced credit application flexibility. Previously, credits could only be applied within the same location. Now, customer credits can be applied to invoices across different locations.

You can now filter custom reports by date ranges directly from the report.

Configure Multi-Currency Discount Values in Coupons Featured

You can now configure coupons with multiple currency values. When a coupon is applied to a subscription, Zoho Billing automatically applies the discount amount that matches the customer's billing currency. To set this up, go to Product Catalog > Coupons, create a coupon, set Discount By to Flat Rate, and use Add Currency to define values for each currency. This feature is available only for organizations with Advanced Coupons enabled.

Create Subscriptions for Items Featured

You can now create subscriptions for items in Zoho Billing. You can pause, resume, cancel, or reactivate these subscriptions. This feature is available only on certain Zoho Billing plans.

Create Day-Based Billing Renewals for Subscriptions [Early Access] Featured

You can now create subscriptions that renew based on a specific number of days, including a single day or any custom duration, in addition to the existing weekly, monthly, and yearly options. To do this, set the Billing Frequency to Days when creating a plan or item, then specify the number of renewals when creating the subscription. This feature is currently in early access on certain Zoho Billing plans.

Mark Projects as Completed Featured

You can now mark projects as Completed in Zoho Billing. All completed projects can be viewed and tracked using a custom view filter, making it easier to differentiate them from active projects.

Manage Advance Invoice Failure Alerts Featured

You can now manage the automated failure alert emails for Advance Invoices. By default, Zoho Billing sends a notification to your organization when an Advance Invoice fails to generate. To stop receiving these alerts, go to Settings > Subscriptions > Advance Billing and enable the Disable Advance Invoice Failure Emails preference. This preference is available only on certain Zoho Billing plans.

Generate Payment Links for Manual Renewals Featured

You can now generate payment links for manual or offline subscriptions. Once generated, you can share the payment link with your customers to collect payments. To try this, go to Subscriptions, select a subscription, click the More icon, select Renew Subscription, and click Generate Renewal Payment Link. This feature is available only on certain Zoho Billing plans.

Allow Customers to Download Invoices from the Thank You Page Featured

Your customers can now download their invoice directly from the Thank You Page after a successful subscription purchase on your Hosted Payment Pages. To enable this, go to Settings > Hosted Payment Pages, edit your template, and check Allow customers to download invoice under the Thank You Page settings.

Switch Between Net and Gross Metrics in the Revenue Retention Rate Report Featured

The Net Revenue Retention Rate report has been enhanced and renamed to Revenue Retention Rate. You can now toggle between Net and Gross retention metrics within the same report to get a clearer picture of how well you're retaining your existing customers. To access these reports, navigate to Reports > Retention > Revenue Retention Rate and select the report from the Retention Type dropdown.

Track Activity History for Reports Featured

You can now track and view the activity history for your reports. Activities such as Print, Export, Share, Schedule, and Create/Edit (for custom reports) are automatically captured, giving you a clear audit trail of how your reports are being used and managed. Click the Show History icon at the top right corner of each report to view its audit trail.

Manage Payment Preferences on Your Hosted Payment Pages Featured

You can now let customers save their payment method directly from your Hosted Payment Pages. Configure the save payment method checkbox so customers can choose to save their payment method to automatically collect future invoices of their subscription. Payment method saving behavior may vary by gateway.

Add Quick Reply Buttons to WhatsApp Messages For Quotes Featured

You can now include quick reply buttons when sending quotes via WhatsApp to your customers, allowing them to accept or reject it in a single tap. To get started, enable the preference in Settings > Quotes > General, and the quick reply button will appear on your WhatsApp message templates.
