Zoho Cliq
Zoho Cliq integration offers real-time notifications for crashes, non-fatal, in-app feedback, and store reviews that you receive for your app.
You can do the configuration once you create an account in Zoho Cliq for your organization. You can create a Zoho Cliq account following the steps given here.
Configure Cliq integration
- Navigate to Project Settings > Integrations > Zoho Cliq.
- Choose the application ID for which you want to enable Zoho Cliq integration under 'Crashes, In-app feedback and Non-fatal'.
- You will see three options, i.e. Crashes, Non-fatal, and In-app Feedback. You need to configure Zoho Cliq integration for each module individually.
- Click on Config under the module that you want to configure the integration.
- Choose the Cliq channel in which you want to get notified and the type of reports you want to receive.
- Click Save and you have configured Zoho Cliq integration for that module successfully. You can configure integration for the rest of the modules similarly.
Configure Cliq notifications for Store reviews
- Navigate to Project Settings > Integrations > Zoho Cliq.
- Click on Configure other application ID and scroll to the bottom of the list.
- Select the application ID and click on Config to configure the integration.
- Choose the Cliq channel in which you want to get notified.
- Select whether you want to be notified for All the Store reviews or a Daily summary.
- Click Save and you have configured Zoho Cliq integration for that application ID successfully.
NOTE: Only the portal admin, the project manager, and the development lead can configure Zoho Cliq integration in Apptics.
