Support Email

Support Email helps you to handle the tickets received from In-app Feedback directly through email. Link your support email Id and manage support tickets for your app via email.

  • Navigate to Project Settings > Integrations and click on Configure Support Email.

  • Choose the application ID for which you want to configure Support Email.

  • Provide the email ID that you will use to handle support and click Save.
  • Click on Edit to change the support email ID and click on Remove to disable the Support Email for the chosen application ID.

Note: Only the portal admin, the project manager, and the development lead can configure Support Email in Apptics.
