I am unable to access the portal. Why?

There could be several reasons why you are not able to access the self-service employee portal. Please consider the following possibilities:

  1. Is the email address you’ve used to create your Zoho accounts the same as your official email addresses registered with our organization? Check if there is a mismatch.

  2. Is the self-service employee portal enabled for you? It’s possible that access to the portal has not been granted or has been disabled at the organization level. Please contact your payroll admin to enable your portal.

  3. If you’ve received email invitation on your official email address, please ensure that you’ve accepted it.
